Why is my product deleted/banned?

If you see receive a notification or see that your product has been tagged as banned/deleted, it may be due to a violation of Cartspree’s Community Rules or Prohibited Items List.

Refer to the table below for the list of banning/deletion reason and what it means.

JUNK/SPAM ISSUES	Advertisements  (Example: Condo/House & lot for sale, for rent, announcements, intangible services, listings not intended to sell items)
MISLEADING DISCOUNT	Sellers increased product prices just before a promotion to exaggerate the discounts given.
PRICE SPAM	Price of the most expensive variation exceeds 7X the least expensive variation, add ons (Bubble wrap)
PRODUCT SWITCHING	Sellers have been modifying their existing listings’ details (name, description, images,etc.) to sell a completely different item from the original listing
PROHIBITED ITEM FOR OFFICIAL SHOPS	Removal of prohibited items for Official Shops based on general listing guidelines

BRAND ATTRIBUTE SELECTED DOES NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT	Brand that does not sell product stated in the listing Brand that sells the product stated in the listing but is not the correct brand
DIRECTING TRANSACTION OUTSIDE SHOPEE	Phone numbers, emails, order forms, meetups, etc.
EXCESSIVE BRAND KEYWORDS	Uses multiple brands in the product title to influence search result/product title features multiple brands unnecessarily
EXCESSIVE OR IRRELEVANT KEYWORDS IN PRODUCT TITLE (KEYWORD SPAM)	Product names include many keywords (noun but not adjective) that are not to the listing itself
EXPIRATION DATE DID NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT	Wrong expiration date; did not meet the minimum 3 months requirement
IMPROPER PRICING	Wrong pricing Example: Php 5 But Actual Price Is Php 500
INACCURATE INFORMATION	Inaccurate product description; Item is sold but still have stocks  Example: Write Up From other platforms; "Sold out/Sold" but with stocks, "Reserved for listings”
INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION PROVIDED ACCORDING TO LOCAL REGULATIONS	Listings (supplements) that are not FDA registered or does not provide FDA registration number; NTC/DICT accreditation permit for traders (NTC permit number) and Certificate of type acceptance for Radio Communications Equipment (RCE) For two-way radio (walkie talkies) and mobile signal boosters/repeater
INSUFFICIENT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION	Description does not comply with the minimum product description
IRRELEVANT HASHTAGS	Hashtags used by sellers not related to product being sold
NO ACTUAL IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT	No image of the actual item being sold
PHOTO GRABBED FROM OTHER SELLERS	Use of images that are captured from other sellers

VULGAR DESCRIPTION	Curse/bad/sexual words
WATERMARK ON IMAGE	Watermarks like social media Accounts Example: Facebook,Instagram, Competitors' logos, websites, etc.
WEBSITE /SOCIAL MEDIA LINK	Social media information, any Website URLs
WRONG MAIN CATEGORY	Listings that falls under wrong main category
WRONG SIZE CHART IMAGE	Image uploaded is not size chart/junk image
WRONG SUB CATEGORY	Listings that falls under wrong sub category
BLURRED IMAGE	Photo should not be pixelated or blurred
COVER IMAGE NOT AGAINST A SOLID/WHITE BACKGROUND	Cover image must be against a solid background (white preferably).
DUPLICATE/REPEATED IMAGES IN ONE LISTING	Product must have at least 3 or more different image without duplicate
EXPIRATION DATE DID NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT	Wrong expiration date; did not meet the minimum 3 months requirement
INACCURATE INFORMATION	Putting sold on products that have stocks Example: Write up from other platforms; “sold out/sold" but with stocks, pre-loved but tagged as “new”/vice versa
INSUFFICIENT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION	Provide buyers with technical product details such as material, weight, dimensions electrical characteristics and more product defining factors.
IRRELEVANT IMAGES	Photo does not match from the product described
NO ACTUAL IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT	No image of the actual item being sold
PHOTO GRABBED FROM OTHER WEBSITE/PLATFORM	Stolen photos from other platforms
PRODUCT MUST COVER AT LEAST 60% OF THE IMAGE FRAME	The product for sale must cover at least 60% of image frame
PRODUCT NAME DOES NOT MEET THE CARTSPREE MALL STANDARD	Product names must follow naming convention
WRONG MAIN CATEGORY	Mall listings that falls under wrong main category
WRONG SUB CATEGORY	Mall listings that falls under wrong sub-category
