How can I be featured in the Recommended Sellers list?

 The Cartspree team scans the marketplace every week and hand-pick a few outstanding sellers to be featured. Here are the selection criteria that we have set: 1.Popularity (number of Likes, Views, Follows, Comments, Orders) 2.Good Service (low Return Rate, low Seller Cancellation Rate, positive Ratings and Reviews) 3.Adherence to our Community Rules .

What is Cartspree Wallet? (beta)

Cartspree Wallet stores money from your refunds and sales proceeds. The sum of this money, minus any withdrawals, will be reflected as your Cartspree Wallet balance. You can withdraw funds from your wallet to your bank account once per day. Cartspree will also initiate automatic transfers of your wallet balance to your bank account on a regular basis. For sellers, Cartspree Wallet also gives you the convenience of: •    Easier reconciliation between the money leaving your wallet and what’s being credited to your bank account •    Flexibility to filter sales transactions by specific time periods •    Greater control over when and how much money you choose to withdraw •    Added security with Cartspree Wallet PIN You may access your Cartspree Wallet in your Dashboard.

Why did I not receive my verification code?

 1. If you can't receive your verification code, please check if you're using a local number for that Cartspree region which you had downloaded or ensure you entered the correct email address. 2. If you have input your phone number into our web mall to make a purchase, please sign up with that phone number. You can also request a new verification code by clicking “ Request a new code ” If the problem persists, kindly email the details of the issue, including the phone number or email address attempted, to our Cartspree contact for further assistance.

How to register using an email address?

To get you started, simply follow the steps below:  Step 1: Click/Tap " Register " at the upper right corner of the Home Page. Step 2: Tap on “Sign Up with Email” button. (beta) Step 3: Complete the registration by creating your Cartspree username and password.  Step 4: Check your email for an account verification instructions. Step 5: Follow the email instructions to complete the verification process.

What is Cartspree’s Referral program? (Beta)

Refer your family and friends to join Cartspree and get rewarded with 50 Cartspree Coins whenever a friend completes his or her first order. To refer, follow these steps: Step 1: From your Dashboard and tap on " Refer a Friend ".   Step 2: Share your Referral code with your friends.   Step 3: Once your friend completes an order with your Referral Code in-App, you will get 50 Cartspree Coins. Step 4: Your Referral history will show a list of friends that you have successfully referred and the coins you have earned.

How long does it take for a Cartspree Wallet withdrawal to be credited to my bank account? (beta)

 For automated withdrawals, the funds will be transferred to your bank account in the evening of the same day.   If you requested a manual withdrawal, Cartspree will transfer the funds on the next business day.  The transferred funds should reflect on your account within 2-5 business days. We will notify you once your bank has confirmed the deposit to your bank account.

How to place an order using cash on delivery?

Buyer can pay via cash on delivery (COD) to sellers that enabled COD using Cartspree’s logistics partner- J&T Express. Changing the payment method will no longer be allowed after placing an order using COD. Verif ciation of your COD order may take up to 1-2hrs.

Safety tips to avoid being hacked or scammed

 Here are some helpful tips to keep you and your account safe from hackers and scammers. 1. Do not share your password to anyone. 2. Be vigilant when someone asks for your bank account information. 3. Never forward or share One-time-password (OTP) via email, chat, sms or call.  4. Do not login to random devices. 5. Be cautious if you receive any random call to avoid possible phishing.  Please be reminded that Cartspree will never ask for your password or ask you to forward your OTP via chat, email, SMS, or call. Keep these details safe and your Cartspree account secure!

Best practices to avoid getting COD blacklisted

Listed are best practice and tips to avoid getting blacklisted from paying with COD. 1. Set proper expectation as to when your order will arrive. (beta) Products have different estimated date of arrival especially products that will be shipped by International sellers will have longer days before arrival. Always check the estimated date of arrival at the product page. 2. Schedule your orders accordingly. (beta) After knowing when to expect your orders to arrive, you can then schedule your orders according to your needs. 3. Track your orders from time to time. It is recommended to track status of your order in your Cartspree Account daily.   4. Be present on the date of delivery. On the tracking page you will also see when the order will be in-transit for delivery. Who are Cartspree recommended sellers? (Beta)

Cartspree Recommended Sellers are specially selected by the Cartspree Team. They must be active sellers with high shop ratings, a large number of successful Cartspree transactions, and good customer service before they can qualify to be a Cartspree Recommended Seller.  Cartspree Recommended Sellers can be identified from: Recommended Seller label Orange tick  The labels can be found on the Cartspree Recommended Sellers’ shop page, as well as on the sellers’ me page, product pages, and product listing.
