 Here are some helpful tips to keep you and your account safe from hackers and scammers.
1. Do not share your password to anyone.
2. Be vigilant when someone asks for your bank account information.
3. Never forward or share One-time-password (OTP) via email, chat, sms or call. 
4. Do not login to random devices.
5. Be cautious if you receive any random call to avoid possible phishing. 

Please be reminded that Cartspree will never ask for your password or ask you to forward your OTP via chat, email, SMS, or call. Keep these details safe and your Cartspree account secure!

How to Sell at Cartspree

Before you start selling, make sure to register to the Cartspree Sign Up Form . Also, check if the product you intend to sell is not under our Prohibited Products List.   Follow these steps to add a new store (You can add as many stores as you want) : Step 1: Login to your Cartspree Account and click/ tap “ mystrore ” at the upper right corner and click/ tap “ Create New Store ”. Complete the required details in the Cartspree Seller Sign Up Form to build your New Store.  Step 2: Fill in your store details such as Store Name, Seller ID, Description, Payment Option, Contact email and contact number Upload a photo of your Valid ID and 1 (one) proof of sale document. Provide the address where your items will be picked up and click “ Build a store ” to submit.   Step 3: Your New Store is now ready to go live.
