In case of any loss or damaged package, the seller/buyer
can file for claim by contacting our Customer Service and provide the following Information:
- Description of the Issue
- Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information.
- Airway Bill / Proof of Delivery (if partial loss, photocopy may suffice; if total loss original copy will be required)
- Picture of the undamaged item/s before handing over and picture of the damaged item/s received by the consignee.
- A user may file for claims within 30 days after the scheduled pickup. Both Cartspree and Courier will no longer accept claims after the given grace period.
