Collecting orders at our partnered stores is only available upon confirmed request through our customer service center.

An SMS or e-mail will be sent to you once the parcel is available for pickup. Please note that orders are only available for pickup within limited number of days.

You can also register now and have our partner store’s pick-up addresses readily available on your profile.

Note: Store pickups are only valid for orders shipped within Negros Oriental.
