Do not make any payment outside Cartspree and report it to us immediately. Cartspree will never ask you to send cash or deposit money to any personal bank account or remittance center.
As of the moment, Cartspree only accepts payment through our COD (cash on delivery) service via our partner courier. All prepaid options must be coordinated through our customer service hotline. Other modes of payment such as bank deposits outside of Cartspree's official payment channels and wire transfers are red flags and common indicator of scams/fraud.

Scams to watch out for when shopping online:
Advance Payment Scam: if you place an order via COD (cash on delivery), scammers will send you random email or SMS through unregistered numbers asking you for payment (either partial or full) to proceed with your order's shipment.
Out of Stock Scam: Beware of bogus sellers. Your initial order placed on Cash on delivery is cancelled due to out of stock. Then, the seller claims that Cartspree found another supplier but asks for payment before shipping the item.
Phishing Scam: Scammers carefully design emails to look like it came from Cartspree. If you do receive emails that request for direct payments, passwords, or other confidential information such as bank account and credit card details, report it to us immediately.
