Cartspree Mall Fees


1. What are Cartspree Mall Commission Fees?
The Cartspree Mall Fee is an all-access fee to continue enjoying the services and benefits of Cartspree Mall.

 2. How are the Cartspree  Mall Commission Fees calculated?
The Cartspree Mall Commission Fee is 10% (VAT inclusive) of the item selling price, which is pre-discount listed price minus seller covered discounts and promotions. Cartspree covered discounts and promotions are added back to account for the actual selling price per item.

Calculation:
Sum [(Product Price – Seller-sponsored price discount per product – Seller-sponsored voucher amount per product), × Quantity x 10%]

3. How do you pay for Cartspree Mall Commission Fees?
Cartspree will compute from each of the item's selling price and will auto-deduct from payment after the order is completed.

4. How will Cartspree Mall Commission Fees be eligible for your orders?
Mall Fees will be eligible on all orders, except:
  • Canceled Orders
  • Returns / Refunded Orders 

Note: For multiple item orders, only the amount relating to returned or refunded item will be waived. 

5. When will Cartspree Mall Commission Fees applicable?
Cartspree Mall Commission Fees will be applicable to all successful orders delivered.

6. How do I see the breakdown of Cartspree Mall Commission Fees in the Cartspree app?
Cartspree Seller Support Center shall provide a breakdown of Cartspree Mall Commision fees on the order details of each transaction via your registered email after every Cut-off day.

7.   What if I joined the Free Shipping Special program? 
Online stores that participate on Cartspree’s Free Shipping Special Program should register via our Sellers Support Center to enjoy waived Mall Fees. Shops that participate in the program will be part of Cartspree’s Recommended Sellers Community. Shops that choose to leave the program will no longer enjoy waived fees and incur the 10% Mall Commission Fee for Premium Mall services.
