How to avoid payment discrepancy?



 If the seller declared wrong product weight, then the Seller may get a payment discrepancy. To avoid this, the seller should input the correct gross weight (including packaging)  to avoid miscalculated shipping fee. 

The system will compute the volumetric weight and will set the amount of shipping fee based on the estimated weight for own packaging.
  • If the volumetric weight declared is lighter than the actual weight it may result in deduction of payout to Seller and the Cartspree Wallet of Seller will be adjusted.
  • If the volumetric weight declared is heavier than the actual weight, then it may result to wrong payment of shipping fee for the buyers. 

Sellers should contact within 30 days from the date the order was completed, otherwise, request will be declined.

         Php 105.00 → Shipping Fee
