What happens when I reject the buyer’s cancellation request? (beta)

You have the right to reject the cancellation request if you have already processed the order. Once you reject the cancellation request, your decision is final and no further dispute can be raised by the buyer.

As the buyer can only submit a cancellation request once for each order, no further request will be submitted and you can proceed to ship the order.
