Cartspree Guarantee

Cartspree Guarantee is a feature that protects buyers and sellers against fraudulent transactions to keep mobile shopping and selling safe and easy.

Cartspree Guarantee protects users by withholding the payment to Sellers until the Buyer confirms the receipt of the order. Once the Buyer accepts the order, the payment will be released to the Seller.

For example:
Payment was verified on 1st of January, the seller has indicated 2 Days to Ship. The Cartspree Guarantee period would be calculated as this:

Duration of Cartspree Guarantee Period depends on sellers Days-to-ship and Couriers Delivery Time (CDT).

Seller should ship out the order within the indicated Day to Ship (DTS) schedule, otherwise, the order will automatically be cancelled and payment for non-COD orders will be refunded back to the buyer at the end of the period. In such cases, the seller shall bear all applicable bank transfer, electronic wire transfer and remittance fees necessary for the refund in favour of the buyer. These fees shall be deducted from the total pay-out amount due to the seller at the given period.

If you still have not received your order within the specified delivery period, and/or if product/s received is either incomplete, wrong, damaged, defective, please request for return/refund  by contacting our Customer Service Center.

The request should ONLY be made within the Cartspree Guarantee Period, otherwise, the payment will be released automatically to the seller.

Please note that Cartspree Guarantee is ONLY applicable to any Cartspree Supported Payment and Logistics.
