Note: Cartspree Guarantee can ONLY be extended once.
If the order has not arrived after extending the Cartspree Guarantee, and there is no response from the seller, the buyer may choose to request return/refund.
Delayed Cash on Delivery(COD) orders that are passed the expected date of arrival, you may contact us and provide the specific order number.
